    Xbox update


    Hi i have the new 2TB Xbox One S console, the console works great all the time except for one i need to update, whenever i need to update it will always get to 10% (403mb) and then stop every single time and it has happened with the last 3 updates. My internet
    connection isn't bad and i have tried it on other wifi connections as well. is there something i should do about this or does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
