    Hi Abounded! Are you able to access the Xbox Preview Forum? At the top of your screen should be a section for "Xbox Early Access," and if you hover over that, there will be a link for "Update Preview Forums" which will then let you choose the forum for the
    current build. Or, you can click the following link:

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    If you click that and get a "Group not found" error, and if it's been more than a few days since you were accepted into the program, let me know and I'll post your Gamertag to the registration forums, so they can get you forum access. That will be the best
    place to post your issue, since the devs and engineers look at those forums for preview-specific problems.

    Hi there!

    Happy to help troubleshoot. Can you post a photo of where you are seeing that error?

    Let's also have you power down the console, unplug it for about 5 minutes, and then power it back on and see if that update starts.

    Are you part of the preview program by chance?
