  2. Chat Headset missing in the XboxOne package

I think it's not included in the 500G bundles, according to the quick setup guide the 500G has an X over it

Against the law on these forums to give a straight forward answer to such logical questions as the one you just posed. Nevertheless, i'll give it a shot. Ready... set.... go.

MS, the software giant can't figure out how to do simple anymore. Thus along with every update they have to include fixes for the previous 10 updates so that the current update won't be seen as a complete mess until after the update. Job security!

security enhancements, UI tweaks, adding new features. It's true. Microsoft spys on us and has a lol while they spam us with updates on a regular bases. 21st century technology is so unreliable, that it needs regular updates. If
it were good enough, we wouldn't need all these [beep]'n updates. And it's not just a Microsoft problem. Apple, Samsung, Dell, Toshiba, HP, Sony, AVG, Norton, Nvidia, AMD, Intel.

Sure they could create some autonomous adaptive AI technology system. But if you've watched Terminator Genesis, humans tend to not put that level of trust, in technology.

I also agree with Electro's comment too. As soon as they try to fix one thing, they create another issue. And the cycle keeps repeating unto infinity. 500 GIGS is nothing. Monthly Updates on Xbox One tend to be around 236GB on average.
    236GB x 12 months = Xbox update taking 500G!? o_O, and your complaining about a 500 GIG update?
