    Xbox Update Preview Fails To Enroll


    I’ve been trying to enroll or remove my console and it is stuck in limbo. Enrollment ends up with the option to try again or undo, both of which I have tried. I have also tried to remove it in manage devices in the insider hub and it goes into pending but then just pops right back up with the ❌ to remove it again.

    I’m stuck in a circular cycle. Has anyone seen this or have an idea how to resolve it?

    opt out preview programme

    You can un-enrol on your Xbox, by going to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app and un-enrolling from the preview updates. This will only change to stop the updates once the current update wave has ended.

    For future reference, please post Preview Programme questions in the private preview programme forums.

    As a side note, if you cannot access the preview forums be aware that you must enrol your xbox into the latest preview even if you were previously enrolled into the earlier previews, if you launch the Xbox Preview dashboard app, select the registration option
    and enrol for the latest xbox experience preview then once the Xbox is enrolled you should be able to access the preview forums.

    Xbox one s is not able to run games smoothly

    I have enrolled myself for the xbox insider hub update preview

    So shall i cancel insider hub update preview services ?

    Will that completely solve the problem ?

    Hey mauretto63! I can confirm you are in the preview program. If you'd like to un-enroll you will need to download the
    Xbox preview dashboard app. If you have any trouble un-enrolling you will need to post in the
    Preview Program Registration Support forum. Thanks!
