Xbox Update Froze my xbox one

Every time i try to update or even turn my xbox on im either waiting for over a hour for it to come on or the update freezes my xbox all together. Only option i have is to troubleshoot which means restore my xbox

There is the option to do the update with an USB Stick offline.
