Xbox update freezes 10%

Hi,does any one have a problem with updates?can t do nothing ,try all resets offline update and Microsoft thecnical support and nothing.

Screen freezes after update, June 2013, HEEEELP!

XBOX 360S, update and now the screen freezes 10 seconds after start... Is anyone having same problem? Please help...

Mine updated without issue. I know you said you tired resets. Have you tired performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from
the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

 

Just have 2 options update or turn off

 

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Yes for 2 days now my xbox just sits here I can't even get to my home screen any more because I went threw all the steps Microsoft has to fix it all the way down to a factory reset of my xbox witch now makes it a brick. Support now tells me my xbox needs
to be taken in to a store to be fixed LOL I was online playing my xbox when it said u need a update failed and never worked again. on a side note now when I try to update I see a message at the bottom of my screen saying xbox services are down then it fails
like my xbox cant connect to them for the update.

Microsoft Hardware website allows customers to register their device, and create a repair order. The
Xbox Support Team is also able to set up repair orders. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

All kind of resets I try still only 2 options tried insider hub to remove update but won t appear on device manager

 

Just let me do the update or turn off can t choose another option the code I get referes to live but don t have any problem with live
