    Hi my name is patrick . I have been on chat support for 10 plus hours trying to complete your guys new update its lead to a series of resets to a factory reset that is now frozen in the same place at 1 % total of 343mb left 20 %
    on step 1.     Xbox Update fails

    Hey guys, my Xbox wants to update all my games when I'm signed in and when it starts updating, its just crashes, loges me out of Xbox Live and tells me to check my network, and so on. I can't join any Xbox live chats because it just crashes and browsing
    the menus is slow as ****. My routers options are set up to allow gaming (UPnP ect.), I'm not allowed to open any ports though... I don't understand why It won't work NOW, it worked three weeks ago, when I tried it last.

    Mandatory xbox 360 update made my console useless

    It could be that the hard drive is failing. The Xbox is unable to read the drive, thinks that it needs an update but the update will fail because the drive itself is failing. Your 360 might be dead basically.

    Same issue here. Unable to use XBOX Live due to update. Connection test shows connected to the internet but failed connection to XBOX Live. Just tried to play a game and had to download an update for it, no issues. System update popped up, same failed update
    status code.

    Thanks for the update on the issue with the failed update. If the issue persists with the failed update, try this: Xbox One System Update Solution
    and click on Update My Console Offline.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    http://xbox.uservoice.com     Microsoft officially uses this website to collect consumer feedback and incorporate the best ideas into future products and system updates.

    For now, just get yourself acquainted with the UI overhaul. Complaining isn't going to produce immediate results.
