XBOX UPDATE DELETED ALL GAME INFO

I recently did a recent uodate (3Gigs) on XBOX One due to internet not being connected. When I got caught up on all updates I learned all my game information was deleted from the system. Is there a way to recover this information?

So how long, on average, does install+update take on XboxOne?

I've been reading some horror stories about XboxOne games taking ages to update and install.
-and that has gotten me a bit worried.

My heart is set on getting XboxOne, as it is only 299e now, but these tales of torturous update and install times have made me wonder if PS4 would not be better choise after all...

So, tell me the truth of it: How long, on average, do those update procedures take, and how long do the installs take?
-i mean when you buy a new game and slip it into your XboxOne...

Oh, and while we are at it: is deleting installs very bothersome task on XboxOne?
-on 360 deleting is very fast (and on Ps3, very slow) so how fares XboxOne in this?

see if when you start the game it sincs with the cloud, otherwise I am afraid there is no solution.

 

Ok I will see what I can do. I did not think it would be recoverable. I figured it was worth a shot to ask.

If you were playing your games while you were online your save data would have been synced to the Cloud so it should re download once the game start up.

If you was playing your games offline then you save will not have been sync up sorry
