Xbox update and factory reset not working

I’ve tried that and I have the update file on a usb but I can’t use it because it’s the wrong format and I don’t have a windows computer

In order to fix the issue with USB, you just need to format the USB drive to NTFS; However, it should be done on Windows.

If the update does not work you may want to send your device in for a repair.
