    Xbox Update 1404 Friend Notifications Don't Work


    I went to my xbox one and checked the console info it says I got update 1404 so I went to preferences put friends and favorites it still will not show the notifications?

    Friends online notifications for xbox one

    It seems that on xbox one the notifications for xbox 360 friends coming online don't work.

    I only get notifications for friends who are connecting through an xbox one but not for my xbox 360 friends. I have my preferences set to all.

    is this normal?

    microsoft is listening and giving the community what they want. not a bad thing... i just don't want it to be like 360 where every time someone logs on it shows them... i would be ok if it was favorites only. as for the blue ray.. havn't used it yet..... they need to fix the headset stuff tho.. i know they are catching allot of heat with the xo7 and astros not working in full digital.. need ot get that ironed out asap for those players who purchased with the adapter.

    I had this issue ,did a factory reset and it seems to be working.

    You shouldn't need to do a factory reset if anything a reboot also it does not show 360 friends

    You shouldn't need to do a factory reset if anything a reboot also it does not show 360 friends

    Twitch "error must close"

    I have gotten this same error ever since the last update. Prior to to the 1404 update Twitch worked fine.
