Xbox uninstalling my apps when I accept an update

To uninstall the app from your PC

Apps

Click on the app

Click Uninstall.

I have had no problem with the original Xbox App.

When Game Pass for PC was released I was having trouble launching it.

I re-downloaded the app, I did not uninstall, let it run the first time and then "Pinned" the icon to my taskbar and I have not had any trouble since.

When opened it tonight there was an update.

I've run windows update, i've checked both windows store and xbox app for updates, i've tried uninstalling, repairing and resetting the app. Nothing has worked. If i uninstall and reinstall - my installed games will load in the menu, but when i check for install location nothing is there and it won't let me select it. If i go out of the app and go back in it then goes back to the previous issue.

I tried to uninstall the app, however when I open Windows PowerShell as Administrator and type the command to uninstall the app nothing happens when I click enter. I click enter and it just starts a new line and nothing comes up,
it is just blank. I can confirm that nothing happens also because when I go to the Windows Store it says that the Xbox App is still installed.

Xbox game bar still will not open.

I updated my computer

and my Xbox app is version 2201.1001.8.0

Also how do I uninstall the Xbox app then reinstall it?

UPDATE 2: It now asks for acceptance of new ToS on my Windows Phone 8 too, on the Games app. However when I tap accept it says it's sorry but this must be done from a computer. It's all connected, I see.
