Xbox unexpectedly turns off

    Xbox unexpectedly turns off


    I’ve had an xbox one for about 3 years now but in the last week, whenever i try to play fortnite it unexpectedly turns off and it doesnt turn back on unless I turn it off and on at the plug. I have tried reinstalling it and that doesnt seem to work and
    I don’t think it’s overheating as it did it after I returned from a 4 day holiday. What else can I do please?
