Xbox unable to start

I have an Xbox One X. Recently, it was able to download, but then it just stopped downloading any game updates. I then reset it and it displayed either a E105/E106 error.

I did all of the instructions including restarting, turning off, factory reset. I was unable to find the offline update thing.

After doing a factory reset and leaving it off for a day, it went back to normal. But a few days later it didn't download and i got a E102 Error instead. I tried to do the repetition of all of the aforementioned actions but it didn't seem to work.

Now the second part seems to be a different problem, that being requesting for a repair for the xbox. When i was up to the payment details, i couldn't change the home country for some reason, despite the settings on my account being in Australia. Is it possible
to get a repair in Australia? Plus, some of the links relating to the Xbox such as the links to the offline update download does not seem to exist.

I am hoping against hope that it could be an update error or some glitch rather than having to replace it.
