Xbox unable to load games at all :(

Hi

My xbox one is currently not loading any games at all. For example, Battlefield 1 bring up the display page but never actually loads into the game and I either get error code 0x8027025a "Game was taking to long to load" or the display page just disappears
and puts me back tot he homepage. I tried with another game, Forza Horizon 3, to rule out that this was not just Battlefield giving me issues. Forza was slightly different as it actually loaded into the games itself but whilst loading into the main menu this
then threw me out of the game and back to the home page. Finally tried with a slightly older game COD (not the newest one) which again did the same thing.

I have been speaking with technical support and attempt the following trouble shooting methods.

1. Soft reset and clearing the cache.

2. Clearing the blu ray persistent storage

3. Resetting the console back to factory settings.

All of which have not worked and this is becoming very frustrating as all the apps Netflix, Plex, BBC iPlayer etc still work perfectly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated to avoid having to pay £100 to fix it.

Skyrim DLC Hearthfire trouble

This is my problem. For a short time I was unable to play online therefore was unable to load up Hearthfire and get all my houses and what not. So I proceeded to play and ended up saving the game. I now have online again it is "loadable" but will not load
for that save game which is my main save (i've already beaten Alduin and all that bs) but it will not load up the houses i've built, etc.. i'm pretty much trippin' at this point and I need help. Please help it'd be highly appreciated.

Call of Duty Black Ops

This game will not load under my account. If i use anyone elses account it will load. It is obviously something specific to my account - the error message reads "server unavailable". We have looked at all the forums and nothing seems to help. Please can
you send me information on how to solve this as i am unable to use the game at all???????

 

If you have an external hard drive could you try deleting a game and installing it directly to the console's hard drive to rule out issues with the external drive itself?
