    I've been playing online multiplayer on my Xbox one since I got it with no issues. A few days ago I got the error that it is unable to find a teredo IP address. I have tried resetting my router several times and reset my Xbox multiple times. I have cleared the MAC address several times and checked my privacy settings and everything is how it should be. At the Xbox system screen everything is checked off as ok and the Xbox is connected to the internet. Spoke with the internet provider and they have no idea what the problem is. Running ipv4 currently. Have an arris sbg6782 router. Please help.

    Yes! I don't suggest trying to open them if we don't know how, so, I suggest contacting your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and tell them to open these ports! They should do it without changing or moving important files.

    AAnother thing that should help is opening ports! Ever since I opened them my games download and run faster! Give it a try!

    Hi Christopher. Thanks for your response. I have tried soft resetting my Xbox several times already. I have also tried hard reset and these have not worked to solve my problem.
