Xbox Ultimate Sharing

On PC, even if Xbox Game Pass Ultimate there is no option to share it yet but if you're pertaining to Xbox console, yes, you can share Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Unfortunately you can not share Xbox Game Pass ultimate on PC.

Why doesn't family sharing work on PC with my Ultimate subscription? My son can use our family Ultimate on his Xbox but not on PC.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in learning if you can share Xbox Game Pass Ultimate from one account to multiple other accounts on a PC. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is not able to be shared
on Windows 10 computers the way you can
share it on Xbox One. Each account would need to have it's own subscription of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate in order to utilize the benefits of it. We hope this information helps!

Please try the steps below.

1 Account Issues

If your second Xbox console is signed in to a different account than your Game Pass subscription, the subscription may not be shared. Sign in to your Game Pass Ultimate account to see if the subscription is activated on that console.

2 Home Xbox

If you haven't set your primary Xbox as your Home Xbox, it won't share the subscription with other accounts signed in to that console.

3. Conflicting Subscriptions

If the second account on your second Xbox has a separate Game Pass Core or other subscription, it may be conflicting with your Ultimate subscription.

4. Password Change

Changing your password may have caused a temporary sign-in issue or some other configuration issue on one of your consoles.
