    Xbox Ultimate Promotion issue


    Hi so I just updated my xbox one with the new update and when I signed in, I saw a promotion on my dashboard for 3 months of ultimate for $1 with spotify and discord nitro included. I pressed to buy, but it took me to the main xbox ultimate page where the
    price was still $15 a month. I restarted my xbox and now it's gone, but I went into the deals with gold section and and pressed on the button that says Xbox Live Gold and all these offers came up for ultimate for a dollar. Each one has the same result as the
    promotion. Takes me to the xbox ultimate page where it says $15 a month. What's going on?

    Any help would be appreciated cuz I was hoping to get a least a month of ultimate for a dollar but this kinda feels like a bait and switch. Could be a glitch.

    for some promotions it is necessary to use as payment method credit card, if your account does not have that payment option it is possible that the promotion did not appear, even if you try from pc
