xbox ultimate pass not showing up on account in app- possibly old account details?

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store also make sure you've installed the Xbox Companion App, it works in conjunction with the Xbox App.

Then if you use more than one account on your PC, go to Settings'Accounts' Emails & Accounts, and go to "Accounts used by other apps", and add the account you use to play.

The fact is that the computers are not acknowledging the current account.

Both the xbox app and my microsoft account are showing the correct email address, however the acutal account details are wrong.

I have had the same issue ever since I renewed Game Pass Ultimate last week.

• Everything works except Game Pass Quests on phone app and console
  
• Game Pass Ultimate subscriber bonus points arent available on Xbox app
  
• Xbox app on PC shows I am currently subscribed to Game Pass PC plan even though I am subscribed to Game Pass Ultimate plan and it shows correctly on microsoft account page.

I see you are having an issue with your Xbox App. If I am understanding correctly it is reading your account as owning "Xbox Game Pass for PC" when it should read for "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate". If that is the case here are some details that I will need to assist you.

When you log into your Microsoft account and check under Services & Subscriptions that you see "Xbox Game Pass Ultimate." and no other Game Pass Subscriptions.

If it does say "Game Pass Ultimate", please open the Xbox App, choose settings > Account > If if still says "Xbox Game Pass for PC" Please click the "Change my Microsoft Store Account" and make sure you are logged into the account that owns Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Sometimes the account that is logged into the Microsoft Store, is not the same one that is used for your Xbox Account or Subscriptions.

In addition, could you please let me know if the "Cloud Gaming" Option appears on your App setting menu.
