Xbox ultimate game not letting me play!

I recently got game pass ultimate for one year virtually, And for one of my games I got to sea of thieves and now it won’t let me play it and always pulls up the game pass deals.

Did you get the subscription redeeming a digital code?
If yes, please double check if the subscription appears active here (make sure it says Game Pass Ultimate)

No, it won't let me play halo either. I have a valid xbox game pass ultimate subscription though

I canceled the xbox game pass ultimate 2 days after I signed up and I still have the xbox gold to Feb.2021 but it will not let me play

I have bought the game but it didn’t let me play it. Because I wanted to play it I then bought the ultimate pass. I own the game however it only works when I have the ultimate pass

Thank you for letting me know. To play online you will be needing to have an active Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, DaishaKiper. That's how we can fix the error.
