Xbox Ukraine payment in UAH

Hi! I'm from Ukraine. I see by xbox online store very very good prices for games in UAH! But xbox service doesn't take my visa card for payment in UAH! But it takes my visa card for payment in RUB (prices are not so good). What the problem with payment in
UAH?

If I change in regions country on Ukraine I have this error

But if I change country on US or Russia this error is absent.

It appear only if I change Ukraine. Help me please with it.

you are only supposed to use the tool to move to actual supported region as per the terms and conditions of the tool

 

its a region issue you can only use payments from your region on your accounts region. for example my account is USA but I could not use a UK card to buy stuff from the marketplace with it.

can you check what country is shown in the Country/region field on this link:
live.xbox.com/.../BillingAccountInformation

If it shows a different country then Ukraine, it means that your account is not connected to Ukraine

Also be aware that Ukraine isn't shown on this link as supported xbox live country:
www.xbox.com/.../countries

Sony - can. Payment work, prices in UAH and Visa work.

Its.probably supported on the ms website but that's different
