    Felháborító, hogy hetek óta nem működik a visszahívás kérése. Garanciális javítást követően kicserélték a kontrollerem, ami 10 napos volt, egy olyanra amin van 1,5 hónap garancia a közel egy év helyett. Az ugyfeszolgalat automata hangja szakítja a hívást, hogy kérjem az online felületen a visszahívást.

    Már bocsánat de ez elfogadhatatlan ha tehetném elállnék a vasarlastól.

    The standard warranty for a controller is 90 days and Xbox Elite controllers have a one-year warranty. If the controller has already been replaced, no matter the age, the existing warranty will carry over and does not reset.

    If you have questions about your replacement or your warranty period, we recommend that you contact Xbox Support as they will be the team to better assist you with this matter. If you are experiencing issues with making a callback request, we recommend that you attempt a chat support route instead. Please note that based on your location, chat representatives may only work on certain days and during certain times.
