Xbox TV Season pass

I bought Season pass to Ash vs the Evil dead, now how does the season pass work for TV, because i thought it works like games and they just give me all the DLC and have them forever instead I see no episodes to watch and i think the season is over and thats
the case why put up season pass for a season thats over and waste my money having to wait and buy season 1 digitally or on DVD.

TV, Movies, and MyVIP?

So the FAQ says TVs and Movies are eligible for MyVIP but NOT Microsoft Movies and TV Season Passes. I understand TV Season Passes, but where do movies stand in all this? I'm confused and would appreciate clarification. I assume TV episodes that are not
Season Passes are also eligible?

Trying to understand why Pre-Orders do not apply to MyVip Rewards but purchasing after release does?

Just had this happen too, purchased with no episodes, but it just went on sale recently? How do we get refunded if that's the case.

And if I purchase a season pass, I will always have access to all episodes in that season?

In other words: is the TV Show Season Pass a permanent purchase, or temporary rental?

I see your confusion. Since we have a branch called "Microsoft Movies and TV" which is where you purchase movies and TV (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/movies-and-tv), what that FAQ entry is saying
is that "Season Passes from the Microsoft Movies and TV store" are not eligible for MyVIP. I can see how this could be read as "Microsoft Movies" and "TV Store Season Passes" are not eligible.

You are correct that the season passes are not eligible, but movie purchases are fine. TV episodes that are not a Season Pass purchase will also work. We'll let our web team know about this feedback!
