    Xbox TV Purchase History on Xbox.com.


    This issue isn't directly pertaining to Xbox LIVE account on my Xbox 360, but as they don't have a forum just for Xbox LIVE account issues, I'll just post this here.

    I was just looking over my Video purchases and I noticed for some reason on Xbox.com when I view my Xbox TV purchase history, I'm told "You haven't bought anything in this category." That's not true. Just wondering if anyone else is getting the same message.
    All my Movie purchases show up, but for some reason none of the TV purchases are.

    It's just the Purchase history on Xbox.com that appears to be bugged. Not really looking for an answer. Just more or less informing support that there's an issue.

    Bonxy, you can't download TV/Movie content from your download history on xbox.com.



    I believe I've fixed this for you, please try refreshing your purchase history and see if they show up again.

    justified has made me re buy more than half the episodes.

    SonicCommander, please try refreshing your purchase history. On the Xbox console, open Xbox Video > My Videos > Account Management > Press X



    Bonxy, you can't download Video content by using the purchase history on xbox.com.

    Are the Purchases older then 1 Year? It might be possible that you are not able to check it back so far but anyways you still should be able to use your bought Contents.

    Some are older than a year. However, I have purchased a couple titles in less than 3 months time. I spoke with a support tech the other night and mentioned it to her. What's strange and she agreed, is that it's just on the Xbox.com Purchase history that
    it states that I've never bought anything in the TV category. On commerce.microsoft.com it shows the purchases. I'm able to still stream and download the content on all my devices as well.

    The support agent agreed with me that it was a bug most likely or that someone just never finished updating the information in the TV purchases category. I'm leaning towards someone just didn't finish updating the information possibly. I don't see why the information
    wouldn't sync together with the commerce website though. That's also why I think it may be a possible bug as well.

  6. I have a similar problem as you, but all my purchased items in xbox video have been erased. I don't understand why though, just last weekend I watched one of my episodes and it all worked fine, but last night I checked it and everything was gone and has
    been removed from my purchase history aswell from what I can tell. I have no idea what to do. the content cost me over £50 and its all just gone.

    I rented desolation of smaug and only got to watch half of it and still had 24 hours left yo watch it but it says I have to rent it again.
