Xbox turns on then immediately shuts off... HELP?

When I try to turn on my xbox one s and press the power button on the console it lights up for 5 seconds and then turns off so it is receiving power. And when I press the power button on my controller it immediately blinks for a minute and
a half, not turning on the xbox, then the controller turns off (tried it with 2 different controllers). This problem started a couple weeks ago when I was playing a game and it froze and then just turned off, and the started happening every-time i'd use it,
even for Netflix. Now it doesn't even get to the point where it shows anything on the TV. My power cord if the one with no brick just straight to the wall. I have tried unplugging it, didn't do anything. Please help, i do not have the warranty and not cant
pay the $179 to have them look at it.

not powering on. If it still will not turn on, you can go to device support. Here you can
register console, check warranty status, and set up a repair. Try all the steps and let us know.

My suggestion, if you've tried troubleshooting, is to call the MS store closest to you and set up an appointment with a technician to try to fix the problem.
