    Xbox turns on for a minute then turns off


    Xbox one worked fine then one day it just started this. It will turn on then will sit for a minute without showing anything on the tv then turns off. I tried blowing out the vents and a different power cord. All i can find online is for the xbox turning
    on then turning off after a few seconds. I dont know whats wrong or why its doing this.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I believe it might be a hardware issue, but before we confirm this, please try the procedures below, please.

    Try testing your console on another TV or Monitor if possible
    Change the HDMI port your console is connected to the tv and also the console itself
    Try plugging the console directly into the power outlet, without using a line filter
    Try testing the console on another power outlet

    - If none of the above solutions solve the problem, I'm afraid it's a hardware defect, but before we confirm this, please also try the procedure listed by Microsoft in the link below.

    Have you turned the Xbox off by the plug? If not try turning it off and leaving it for a couple of minutes then turning it back on
