Xbox turns on for 10-15 seconds and then turns off.

Just as the title said, i was playing a game when suddenly all audio cut from the game, amd started glitching out. I went ahead to do a hard reset and ever since the console turns on for about 10 seconds then turns itself off. I've tried hard resets,
power cycles, everything. Im worried someone hacked my console during the match i was in and dumped the memory essentially "bricking" my console. I've also tested the power and HDMI cables and both work fine. Is there something im not trying? Or am i wasting
my time?

But first try what Wickeder said. Hold the powerbutton on your Xbox for approx. 10 seconds untill it turns off, then unplug it for another 15 seconds and try again

had the same problem with my 360 s. i turn it off and sometimes it takes 10 to 15 seconds to turn off. other times it goes back to the startup screen without turning off and back to the dashboard. rather frustrating when it happens.

Give your console a hard reset! you can do this by holding the power button on your console for around 10 seconds, it will turn off by itself, wait another 10-15 seconds then turn it back on. reply back if that didnt work
