    Xbox turns on but won't do anything


    I just got a OG Xbox one (2014 if that matters at all) with the green screen of death and I just got that fixed but I put it back together and now it turns on the light on the front, the fan, and the hardrive but won't do anything else. not even the green screen of death anymore. I tried to open the troubleshoot screen but it crashed a few second after turning it on. I tried everything I can think of but nothing works.

    I need help with this as any suggestions would be appreciated!

    I'm confused - are you doing this through MS or Amazon? Because if you get a replacement through Amazon, they won't do anything with your console. They won't do anything to the replacement they send, nor will they turn on and do anything with the original
    you send back.

    Just restarting your modem won't do anything. Turning it completely off for a few minutes will help.

    I'm having a lot of problems too, my Xbox is connected to the internet but won't run any games or apps online. I do diagnostic and it says everything is fine. If I do eventually manage to load a game the Xbox crashes and turns itself off. I can't do anything
    now as it won't respond to the controller.
