    Xbox turns on but shows no signal. Controller also just flashes like its being restarted


    Today I went on my xbox. Everthing was normal I was talking to my friend for about five minutes and just starring at the home screen. I got bored and decided to go on minecraft. When i first tried to load it it lagged my whole xbox (My party and music I was listening to). When it stopped lagging it went back to my home screen. I waited about 5 minutes then opened minecraft again, this time it worked. But when I tried loading my world it just well wouldn't and again lagged my xbox. I decided to restart it because thats what I normally do when I have a problem (I realised that may have started this problem but thought I'd still ask). Now it wont load on the screen. It just says no signal Also it doesn't turn off normally, it only allows me to hold the button in to restart it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi sorry for the late reply.

    It was stuck there for a long time. I got frustrated and turned it off. Yesterday I turned it on and it sat on that screen for a few minutes then worked. Until today when I went on it it froze. I turned it off then left it for a few minutes. Now its back to its original no signal screen. I am really confused.

    Edit: quick update the xbox is back on the home screen. I have no idea what is going on. For the first five to ten minutes the xbox was on the no signal screen and now its on the home screen. I'll keep you posted on what happens.

    Hi, Thanks for the advice but my xbox is now showing me the start up screen I'm going to leave it for a few minutes and see if it loads up.
