    Xbox turns off while playing


    My xbox turns off after a few minutes while playing a game. I can't turn on the xbox after that. It doesn't respond. Online if I remove the power from the adapter a moment, I cab restart the xbox. I did all the steps in xbox support, but this doesn't help

    Tv turns off randomly while playing

    my tv has a tendency to turn off randomly when I play on my account. It won't turn off when signed into my friends account or on normal tv. It did it a few weeks ago, after driving me nuts for hours it finally stopped when I unplugged everything and let
    it sit for a minute. Now it's doing it again only on my account

    Samsung TV turns off while playing Xbox One

    Hello, the TV my brother plays on turns off sometimes when he plays Xbox One. It never does this when we are doing other things on the TV like watching a Blu-Ray or live TV, only when he's playing the Xbox. It also doesn't reliably turn off at a certain
    time. It definitely seems like it won't do it for a couple of hours, but sometimes he can play for longer without it happening. My question basically is, is this the fault of the TV or the Xbox? We got the Xbox on launch day and the TV is a Samsung from almost
    10 years ago.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    This is exactly what happens to me...

    I did all the steps and ones from forums, nothing. My Xbox is past warranty and it sucks. My ps4 that I had since release has no issues, but got an Xbox One off my friend and now this.

    I did all the steps and ones from forums, nothing. My Xbox is past warranty and it sucks. My ps4 that I had since release has no issues, but got an Xbox One off my friend and now this.

    There is nothing wrong with turning your console off while the game is playing, now to be clear make sure you never turn off your console when the game is saving any type of file or it may/will corrupt the save.

    I've heard they can disconnect or turn off when they vibrate.

    I would get it replaced under warranty.
