Xbox turns off when connected to XBOX LIVE

Discus and support Xbox turns off when connected to XBOX LIVE in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Xbox 360 Slim turns off when connected to internet.     Xbox turns off when connected to XBOX LIVE


    Xbox 360 Slim turns off when connected to internet. It first turns on fine but after a few seconds of connecting to xbox live it restarts. Please help

    How do I stay on Xbox Live if my Xbox 360 is turned off

    When I am connected to Xbox Live and I decide to turn off my Xbox and turn it back on, then I am disconnected from Xbox Live. Is there a way to stay connected to Xbox Live permanently even if I turn off my Xbox. For instance when my Xbox downloaded an update,
    it had to restart to apply it, but when it restarted it was disconnected from Xbox Live. Please help.

    signing into xbox live

    When I test my xbox live connection, I can connect to my network, connect to the internet, but can't sign in to xbox live. When I press Y after the test I get the information posted above.

    For example I turned on my xbox today and got onto LIVE straight away and played for an hour or so. Then I turned it off. When I turned it on again, I can't sign into xbox live. Resetting my modem, router and xbox makes no difference. Its intermittent and
    frustrating.

    Error code 83859DD2

    Hey guys, I fixed it by turning it off, removing the hard drive, connecting to xbox live without signing in, turning off, and reinserting the hard drive. After turning back on, another update had to be installed. After the update, the error message didnt
    appear when I signed in to xbox live.

    Will check back if the message pops back up.
