    XBOX TURNS OFF RIGHT AWAY PLEASE HELP


    My xbox one will not turn on and stay on. It turns on for a brief second and then shuts right back off. I have tried everything from using a new power brick. to a new power outlet. Unplugged everything from the console. Held the power button down for
    30 seconds. Nothing is working. The console is out of warranty. Will anyone fix this?

    I just subscribed to Xbox live gold. I'm already signed in. But every time I try to purchase a game, it still says I need to have an account and sign in. I am new to Xbox. Please respond right away.

    Please help right away

    Hi, on the console go to settings/ system/ network settings, select your connection type and run the xbox live connection test. This should instantly update your account on the console and fix the problem.

    I'm having the same issues as soon as I came home my Xbox updated and after that it's just been downhill it turns on then turns off immediately please help

    Well did you redeem your Xbox live subscription if so did you sign into

    Your account or actually did you make an account and password for your live account. If so you should be on an Xbox live membership.
