Xbox turns off or pauses on its own

Hihi, may I ask how long it has been doing this? Also, I recommend checking out this website as it says "If your Xbox One or Xbox One S keeps TURNING OFF, it is most likely due to OVERHEATING. CHECK First – Check to be sure the power supply cord is connected to the Xbox securely and is not loose or damaged. CHECK Second – Be sure the Xbox power cord going to the outlet is secure and not loose or bent."

IS there a way I can return the xbox and try to get it serviced? It's still within the warranty. I've heard other users were having similar issues when the new xbox came out and they got replaced since theirs were having issues.

Please try the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

Solution 3:

Uninstall the game and follow the steps below

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Storage devices.

Select Clear local saved games.

Select Yes to confirm.

Once your console restarts, try installing the game again.
