    Hi my name is owen hope your having a great day im here today becajse im currently having a big problem were i cant go on a game without my xbox turning off i orignaly thouggt it was my xbox so i my mum brought me a new xbox one orignal but it wasnt that
    so i brought a powerbrick im hoping it will work do you know if its my xbox or my account thank you

    Hello, maybe no problem from xbox. In this moments Fortnite are satured by the final event. Can you close the game and try again, waithing in the que or delete the gsme data cache. I hope i can helped you.

    Mine started randomly working last night. I turned on my Xbox and Fortnite wasn't working. Played a different game for about an hour then tried Fortnite again and it magically loaded. Idk how it got resolved ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
