Xbox Turns Itself Off

So this is pretty confusing, so I'll try to explain it best. Sometimes when i turn my Xbox off (instant on mode), I come back to it being completely off. It seems that it lost power and turned back on. *The Xbox one has never turned off while being used.
Never happened once since i got it day one.* However, Reason I think the xbox regains power is that my Astro A50 mixamp is turned on when i go back to the xbox. Weird. So i reset my xbox and bought a new power surge to see if that would fix the issue. Still
doesn't. Does anyone else have this issue or anyone that can offer some advice on how to fix this issue?

People have had these problems before and if you've followed the steps above and kept the XBOX in a well ventilated area and taken a vacuum cleaner and cleaned out the ducts of the XBOX 360 and your still getting this problem then you'll need to send your
console in for a repair.

There's no simple way to fix this unfortunately.

You can setup a repair here. I'm assuming your console is not under warranty anymore and it would cost you $99 USD to send it in for repair.

If you have your console plugged into a power bar then please try plugging it directly into a wall socket. The Xbox One has a built in surge protector and using it in a power bar may be limited how much energy it is getting.

Very sorry to hear about this odd issue. After reading the steps you have tried to resolve the issue, your console may need to be repaired. First, I would check to see if you have a nearby friend or family member who has an Xbox One console to let you try
their power supply. This will fully rule out if it is a power issue on the console.

If the issue replicates on a different power supply, the next step will be to visit our Online Service Center to begin the repair process.

I'm assuming you are consulting around your xbox side (not wiring) but I will try and help with both methods.

Xbox Side:

Check if you have any power settings which may tell the xbox to turn off after so long.

If there is the disable it.

If there isn't then if your account is a child account check if the family timer is enabled - if so disable that.

Wiring Side:

Ensure your cables aren't stretching by dangling a major distance, if so this could be pulling the cable.

If this is not the issue then check the wire is in correctly.

Finally if it's non of these errors and you still have xbox warranty please contact Xbox Support.

I had this issue. It was a simple plug being loose in my brick.

Have you checked the power supply case to see if the light changes colour or if their is any loose wiring?

If you have relocated your console to a area that it has adequate ventilation, let the console cool down and the problem still exists I would advise you to submit a repair using the following
