Xbox turns itself off 5-6 seconds after being on

I managed to reset the Xbox to factory via the troubleshooting page after it turning itself off multiple times while updating, and it stayed on the dashboard perfectly fine for a few hours, as soon as I click a game it's back to turning itself off 5 seconds after coming on, I'm in the insider program so I'm unsure if this is a bug or my Xbox is just done?
