xbox turning on then going onto a black screen

my xbox is turning on going on the green screen and then having a black screen but having profiles sign in so its nothing to do with the screen also i streamed it on my pc and came up with same image

If your question is that you own a digital copy of Minecraft would you still be able to play it because its tied to the account? Then yes any games bought digitally on the account will be available to download. As long as you're signed into the correct account.

it might be an issue with you tv check to make sure all cables are correctly connected.

we are going to try that but if i had a game like minecraft conneted like a vitural disc game would that be saved to the acount

Thanks for your post! If your console is having issues starting up and giving a black screen, try using this guide:

How to reset your Xbox One console to factory defaults using a USB flash drive. This should correct any startup issues with the console, also make sure to have your Microsoft Account login information available to you (email & password) to sign into your
account with no issue.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
