Xbox turning on by it self as soon as it receives power

Power saving mode, there is no sound either the screen just stays black or the xbox just turns it's self off

Resetting the Xbox One by unplugging the power cord will also temporarily fix the problem with it not turning the receiver, TV, and satellite on or off. I hope a fix for this issue is released soon because it is one of the coolest features of the One.

hi did you have a person come over to your house? (like a neighbor) well his controller my still be synced with your xbox

try this:settings-system-hard drive-hover over HDD- hit Y- clear system cash

if that dont work then do this:

unplug your xbox> then have your neighbor try hitting the sync button and holding it when his counsel it on> then have him turn his xbox off> replug your xbox then have him turn his xbox on if yours dont turn on and his dose then you are good.

ill have to give the system cash thing a try. no other remotes have been sync'd just the 2 that I have.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. It sounds like your console may be in instant-on mode. Try switching it over to

energy-saver mode to see if that helps at all. If that doesn't do it, I'd recommend

factory resetting your console while keeping your games and apps.
