Xbox turning on, but screen won't show up.

In an attempt to try a solution to fix my Portal 2 (reference to my last post), I tried turning on my Xbox One elite. (my problems are usually going to be on this Xbox) and turning on my TV. The TV works fine, and the Xbox turns on smoothly. However, instead of the casual 'who's playing today' screen, it says NO SIGNAL (which is what my TV usually presents when no console is active, or it is on the wrong HDMI). It's on the correct HDMI though, and I don't know what's going on. Is this my Xbox? Or is it a problem with my TV?

(Note: It has done this before, but the next day it worked fine without me doing anything. Only a few days ago it has started doing it again, and hasn't been working since.)

Thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community. A no signal message on your television may indicate that the HDMI may be the cause of the problem. We suggest first to check the following:

Confirm that both your TV and Xbox console are turned on.
Check that your TV is set to the correct input signal (HDMI).
Check that the HDMI cable connections to your console and to your TV are secure.
Check that the HDMI cable is connected to the "out to TV" port on the console.
Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.
Try using a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV.
Try connecting your console to a different TV.
Power cycle your Xbox : Press and hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to turn off the console, and then turn it on again.

Please give this troubleshooting a try and see if the issue is fixed just to make sure that it's not a hardware issue. However, if the issue persists, it can be a hardware therefore the console needs to be serviced. Make sure that the hdmi cord is all the way in and the right way. This happened with mine too.

have you tried on a different hdmi port on the tv or even a different tv.

This sollution worked for me when changing from one tv to newer model ( the refresh rate did not match because setting was not on manual in my case ) .

Check that the HDMI cable connection to your console and TV is secure.
Make sure that the HDMI cable is connected to the console’s “out to TV” port.
Cold boot your console (hold the power button for 10 seconds).
Reset your display settings:
- Eject any disc from the console
- On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds
- Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. Don’t let go until the second beep occurs.
- Note that this action boots your console in low-resolution mode. Go to Settings to reset this setting.

It just seems to be Fifa 22 and Siege that won't work and load . The game screen shows up then it either cuts off the xbox totally or takes it back to the home screen
