Xbox turning on but no display after power outage

Today while playing my first generation Xbox one there was a power outage. When the power came back on I attempted to turn to Xbox back on it turned on but there was no display, the TV could not see the Xbox. I attempted everything including a full reset,
display reset and tried power cycling it numerous times. Another thing I noticed is that the Xbox will not turn off either without holding down the power button.

My xbox one makes sound but it won't turn on after a power outage

 

Power Brick Not Responsding

Had a power low outage in my region and Xbox One turned down 1-2 times after i restarted it and worked well for 2-3 hours. Then i try to turn it on now i see noting no lights on console or my kinect noting on my power brick either. Tried unplugging everything
for 1-2 mins and turning on the console noting happening

So this means power brick is at fault now ? Any advise would be great
