Xbox turning off during games

So I have had this problem while playing 2k21 for months on months (I have day 1 unit). It used to turn off during Cold War but was magically fixed but not for 2k. I sent my xbox in to get it serviced and got it back saying there was no problem, yet it still turns off on its own. Where do I go from here?

I've tried this. I've also sent in my unit and received the same dysfunctional unit back.

In case you haven't tried to yet, you will have to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact the online support to further assistance regarding this. Access Contact us | Xbox Support. Follow the instructions after clicking on the green button "Contact us" and choose to get help either from an online chat agent or request a callback. Make sure the region on the support website is set to your correct region in order not to find issues with the steps.

No, it is not normal for your Xbox to turn itself on in the middle of the night. And for the cutting off during an update sometimes the Xbox needs to restart during an update so that is normal, but if it is turning off and not restarting during an update
that is not normal.
