Xbox turned off but the 2nd controller light on xbox still on.

WHen i plug my xbox 360 the green 2nd controller light comes on without the pressing the power buttom on the xbox .....does anyone know what this mean..Also whenever i try to connect to my wifi it keep saying my password is incorrect even tho i removed the
passwrod and still wasn't able to connect i believe it cause of the green 2nd controller light

Xbox Turning On By Itself

Okay, so earlier I turned my xbox on. When it came on it showed that there was a 2nd controller turned on. (Top right grean light was on.) The thing is there was no controller turned on. I then proceeded to turn the xbox off and about 5 seconds later it
came back on. So now if it is plugged in it just keeps coming on by itself. Any ideas on why it is doing this?

 

Wireless controller does not connect to xbox 360 but wireless midia controller does

My wireless controller does not connect to xbox 360. I bought another and the 2nd wireless controller does not connect either. After attempting to connect all 4 green lights around the controller guide button flash and replacing the batteries did not help
either controller, all 4 green lights around the XBOX on/off button flash a bit but turn off after few seconds. I also have an xbox media controller that works with this xbox, all buttons on media controller function.

Just to clarify, is the second controller light being displayed on the Xbox 360 console's power button or on the Xbox 360 controller itself? In the meantime, I recommend

clearing the Xbox 360's system cache. Be sure to clear it three times. I'd also recommend removing the battery pack from the controller (or if wired, simply unplug the controller) and power off the console. Wait a few minutes, power on the Xbox 360 console,
and then connect the controller to the console. Let us know if you continue experience any issues after you try those troubleshooting steps!

Alright, let's try unplugging everything. Make sure the console is powered off and unplug the power and display cable. Let the console sit for a couple minutes and then plug everything back in. I would make sure you're plugging directly into the power on
