    Xbox turn off alone and won't turn on


    Hello,

    I wonder if someone had this bug before me, i hope so. My Xbox turn off alone about 5 min after i turn on it and after that it won't turn on, like i hear the sound of my xbox but 5sec after it turn off when i try again.

    I'm sorry to hear that the Xbox turns off on its own.

    On our
    Device Services     Page it tends to allow for customers to register the devices.

    In cases like this where it won't allow to register the device, I would recommend to contact

    Live Support     so they can assist with registering your Xbox to check the warranty.

    Just be ready to provide the Serial Number(SN) located on the
    back of the Xbox and/or Settings!
