    hi, I’m in East Yorkshire UK and my Xbox tv tuner can’t find ITV? I have tried a few different things and it still won’t find it

    Steps to reconnect your TV Tuner on any Xbox One

    Follow these simple steps to get your Xbox One TV Tuner. This is sure resolve the issue.

    1. With the Xbox One on, disconnect the USB tuner.

    2. With the tuner disconnected, do a full restart.

    3. Reconnect the tuner, do another full restart.

    4. In the OneGuide, reselect the USB tuner.

    These steps are sure to work very well.

    I managed to fix mine. What I did was the following:

    1. With the Xbox One on, disconnect the USB tuner.

    2. With the tuner disconnected, do a full restart

    3. Reconnect the tuner, do another full restart

    4. In the Oneguide, reselect the USB tuner

    Over-the-Air Broadcast Connection to Xbox One - How?

    Here is a link on the OTA tuner that you're asking about. So far as I know it is only available in the US and Canada and is a Hauppage tuner.

    support.xbox.com/.../over-the-air-tv

    Any other tuner (whether it works or not) is a 3rd party tuner and is not covered by Xbox nor is there information on them.
