xbox tuner in a no one guide country

Hi, I can't find a description of how precisely the xbox one TV integration works in countries without the one guide. I live is such country (Slovakia) and I consider importing the new Xbox Tuner from Germany. If I plug it all in, will I be able to:

- switch programs by voice

- control volume, switch on/off the TV via voice (Panasonic Viera V20)

Will be the one Guide functionality fully disabled? The point is that I find many videos how One Guide works, but I need to understand what does not work in my country and whether it is still worth to consider setting xbox one up with the TV integration.

Hauppage Xbox One Tuner

I have a hauppage usb tuner tuner and standard cable. I can pick up OAT channels with an antenna and use the one guide with the usb tuner. However, when I plug it to my standard cable from the wall I received no channels. I can pick up my standard channels
if I plug the usb tuner to my computer. So my question is will xbox ever give the option of using the usb tuner for standard cable? or is there anything I can do to use the one guide using ym computer?

 

TV Tuner Died?

It seems my Xbox tuner has given up the ghost after less than two months. Telling me to plug it in when it already is, no tv and no One Guide.

Went to register the tuner in order to arrange a repair, entered the serial no. from the box and told that my tuner is, in fact, an out of warranty Zune!

All a bit shabby, really.

Hi! First of all thanks for quick answering. I understand also the answer even though it is of no help to me . It is not inconvenience - I was just considering to buy Xbox One and looking for potential other advantages to gaming. I understand that being
in fully unsupported country is just a bad luck from that point of view...
