    I have purchased all map packs for battlefield 4 ages ago but its still asking me to pay for dragons teeth. I have already spoken to support who said its battlefield who will sort it out. I emailed them and they stated its Microsoft who authorise
    everything. So now i want a refund

    Now xbox cant answer me, stating in an email i have to contact a specialist for Microsoft, ive had enough of being ripped of by company's like this, they just dont want to click a mouse to verify, ile verify it. I will get my money back. Now im seeking legal
    advice, had enough of Microsoft fobbing me off

    The only one whom can do this for you is the Refund department, and the only way to reach them is by filling out a form to

    request an Xbox digital product refund    .

    We here on the Xbox Forums do not have the means to manually refund any item for you. Xbox Customer Support also lacks these tools.

    I'm sorry about any confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

    I believe its a map specific glitch, though it could just be some glitch you can do on any map, I highly doubt they were just REALLY good at the game if your whole team was trying to kill them, so its gotta be the glitch
