Xbox Troubleshoot Menu Not Showing

So i recently had gotten my Xbox front panel wire replaced by my hand, as before it had been torn. The xbox before it went blackscreen on me i was unable to troubleshoot due to my panel being broken. Now when i try to trouble shoot via Connect & Eject, Connect Eject press home button it just makes the No Disc in consle noise thing (when you press eject with no disc in) and doesn't go into troubleshoot. It worked ONCE but didnt bring up troubleshoot. I havent touched my xbox in half a year! AND YES, IVE TRIED replacing HDMIs and even the Cable, please tell me how to fix this!!!!!! i really want to have my xbox back!

Im also having the same issue though no one knows how to fix this

I would suggest trying an offline system update and seeing if that helps resolve the issue.

The details on how to do that can be found here. If that doesn't resolve it, I would assume there might be a hardware issue that is causing this screen to pop up regularly for you and would look at having your device
serviced by Microsoft Device Support.

Looks like this XBOX is on an older insider build. Can you leave it up and running connected to the internet over night? it may be in a background process to download newer binaries before it can update to the latest build.
