    I have an account on xbox360, trying to get my girlfriend on but it keeps saying profile can't connect. she was able to put in lot of info, including redeeming a gold membership number, on ce it changed her username we've been unable to reconnect. please
    help

    Xbox trouble

    Hi! You could try the following suggestions:



    1.

    - Power off the console

    - Remove the Hard Drive (HDD)

    - Power back on the console

    - See if it starts now

    If it does, then the hard drive and/or data on it is faulty/corrupt.



    2.

    - Power off your Xbox

    - Unplug it from the power source

    - Plug it back in, and try rebooting it



    3.

    - Remove all hardware from your console, which includes USB drives, keyboards, etc.

    - Try booting without any of those items connected



    If none of these work, you may want to start a repair process on your console.
