xbox trouble in all

i wanna know why everytime i get a new or used console something non physical damage like goes wrong with it.. the hard drive the credit card sharing everythine my point is what gives you guys the obligation to share other peoples credit cards from different
account.. i never used a credit card on my account and it pops up for no random reason i call your support line thats soo great and alls they kept telling me is they cant help me... there should be more ways to get ahold of different departments instead of
the enforcement team hiding behind locked doors and computer like lol they're tough when they ban people but funny thing is you go face to face and they lose this company money who is the blame who is tough? im getting sick of treated like a crappy customer
i got accused of things and blamed framed like many different things come with this.. i wasted alot of money on this companies system in the past 2 years from switching out all the time cause not 1 game system would stop doing wrong things.. which is outrageous
.. like ive called support everything over 100 maybe more times over reason that were mistakenly wrong and i got accused for aswell again i need help with my stuff and to situate it.. if not im going to ps4 and saying screw xbox and microsoft both cause obviously
they cant care enough to hear you voice your opinion after you lose over 2000 dollars for a mistake their own system did wrong... no customer satisfaction here at all.. i would like to be replied by a moderator an xbox professional not no cheaply paid customer
support i want someone who can help me with everything and explain... a high above person than a supervisor... oh wait that wont happen cause the ceo doesn't care... the money goes in his pocket at the end of the day anyways... right so im switching to playstation
4 now i can see why they topped off good this time.. this company rips off people and doesnt give full quality because they're being greedy they're not worth my 60 dollars... this question wont be answered again because the company doesnt care otherwise there
would be alot of them being answered but as i go down the list everything is locked.. they wouldnt have complaints if they actually had professionals... ive been through the worst of them myself just by wasting over 2000 dollars switching system every single
2months or so since i thought it would get better but obviously it didnt.. they add such stupid features that can easily get us all banned and we're not realizing it. they decieve us.

i've had nothing but troubles with Xbox one – looking at all the online Wi-Fi anywhere on but trouble and you want me to consider buying one x , fix Xbox one s asked first . I have no problem playing Wii online or PlayStation Xbox one is overrated . Nothing

Seriously, all you have to do is connect a HDMI from the screen to the xbox, don't need to have more trouble than that and you get both video and audio.
