Xbox trim still doesnt work

Do microsoft even care about their CUSTOMERS? This has been going on for over 6-7 years and still no fix , all they say is do a hard reset ! What for every 10 second clip i have 🤣 dont make me laugh lol plus hard resetting doesng do anything anymore.

PlayStation doesnt have this problem at all and if they did they would sort it asap!

I pay money for a console to get piss poor support from you guys.

Really becoming intolerable.

Upload studio has been removed from xbox consoles , i used to use it but no longer compatible.

Literally no apps that you can trim xbox clips, everyone ive found is for windows 10 and doesnt pick up my game clips just shows up with empty folders.

Really cant believe such a simple tool has been terrible since launch.

Its been a problem now for over a year and a half and its still not fixed so YES i would say "useless at their job" . I shouldn't have to reboot or delete stuff just so i can trim a 10 second clip .

I could trim clips easier on my mobile phone 10 years ago than i can today on my xbox one and thats saying something, if you go on gogle and type in xbox trim captures and you will just get page after page of people complaining about it but nothing ever
gets done , all we get is reboot it and try again lol that is not a fix its a method that sometimes (and i do me sometimes) works but

I haven't heard of this particular error. There are a couple of things that might help us understand a bit better:

1. Is it after you select the section of your clip to Trim that you're seeing the "Total Length" still showing as the original length of the Trim?
   
2. When you're making the Trim, does the new trimmed length show on "Trimmed Length" in the top left and on the timestamp on the bar below the clip?
   
3. Is this happening when you do "Just a Trim" or is this happening during a Multi-clip?
   

Please let us know the answer to those questions and we'll work from there.
