Xbox tries to open tray randomly

Hello, this just started about a month ago and I cant figure it out. I will be in the middle of a game and all of a sudden , BAM! it sends me to the dashboard with no warning. The area which you would normally select to play the disc says opening, but never
actually does. I am not having a problem opening and closing my xbox 360 slim disc tray , its just trying to do it by itself normally but never does, the problem is getting very annoying. Also I noticed that around my power button a green circle will rotate
constantly around my power button, Please Help Thanks Guys and Girls.

Xbox not reading Dragons Dogma...

It's the original version... My Xbox makes 2 weird buzzing noises when it tries to read the disc then it just says open tray.

 

Xbox 360 stopped playing Modern Warfare 2

When i put in the Modern Warfare 2 Disc it keeps wanting to open tray. It played just fine until last night. Now when you push the open tray button and then press it to close it tries reading it then says open tray again. It is palying other games just fine.
